Dragon mask version 2, made from: [link] with modifications completed quickly on Halloween day, in order to wear it to a party that evening.

I think i will continue adding feathers and make a nice cheekruff/mane out of them, as soon as i can find some more suitable rooster tailfeathers. You can see a bit of damage on the Left horn base, where it got broken and hastily repaired with epoxy. I will eventually fix it properly.

I am loving the feather ears, which you can't see properly here.

Thank you for the comment, i am glad you like it. :)

It's made of copper wire, armature mesh, super sculpey, paper mache, and rough italian plaster... The sculpey is hard to work with and still keep thin, and it's brittle. I would do it differently, now.

Also there are turkey, goose, and rooster feathers on it, and yes, those are real blesbok horns.. I would now purchase cast ones, but I've had those for years so I used them.

That is amazing. Bet you could fool some dragons with that!

Love the copper detail across the forehead and how it's echoed in the horns. So sorry it broke :( Also really like the general shape of the face. You really did a great job on this :D

Looks like something you'd see in a cult meeting... Or one of the masks in Hostel.

I love it. I want one.
