Hey everyone..

My husband got some crappy news today. Turns out the guy he has been working for for a couple years doesn't have any money to pay him, or the other employees. In fact, the last paycheck he got from them bounced, causing us all kinds of problems. And the boss man doesn't know when he'll be able to pay him. The company seems to be going under, with no credit lines, no savings, and clients that are refusing to pay. So, we have maybe a couple weeks to find some way to float ourselves, before we begin defaulting on bills and the mortgage. I definitely do not want to go down that road and lose our house.

So, if there is -anything- in my gallery that you would be interested in prints of, please let me know. Comments here are fine, or notes, if you want something made into a print.

And, if you could spread the word around that I'll be offering prints, and point people towards my Etsy shop, where i'll be putting up new originals for sale, i would be greatly appreciative. I would do commissions, but I don't feel very confident in my abilities with that right now, since i've never done them before.

Not that i expect this to be much of an issue for me, as i'm not very well-known and people aren't terribly likely to steal my work and not give me credit... but, just in case, and so people know where i stand on the matter.


My traditional art is not to be used in any way without my express written permission. No tubing, cropping, editing, re-posting, claiming as your own, heavily referencing, printing and selling, etc. All copyrights are reserved.

As for the photos, i don't mind if they are used as reference for art as long as it's not just digitally enhancing, adjusting color or contrast, cropping, or something else like that. No cop-outs by just tweaking something small and then claiming it as your own.

If you -do- happen to use my photos for inspiration or reference, all i ask as that you give me credit for the reference, a link back, and a link to your art so i can see what cool thing you've made, ok?

For uploading so many pics at once.. it's been a while since I've done a photo dump. I'm cleaning out my to-upload folder, by season. Where did the spring and summer go, seriously? It's already getting cool and the trees are beginning to turn colors, here.. We only had maybe a week or two of what i would consider 'summer' heat. But, autumn is my favorite season, so i'm not too upset.

It's been a really hectic few months, I finally found a decent job, and we've been doing house projects, visiting people, having people visit here, etc. So, apologies for not having much traditional art to show you at the moment. I've been taking photos still, but i don't often have the time i want to work on my paintings. I do have a big one in the works, though. IF i ever decide i like it well enough, I'll take a picture and share it. That's the problem i have with working so big, i don't have a decent way to scan it, and photos usually end up pretty crappy looking. Ah well.
